by Mr. Henry Labonte, offers comprehensive driver education programs for both Rhode Island and Massachusetts students.
Flexible Class Schedules
Labonte's understands that teens need flexible scheduling options, due to busy lifestyles. To meet this need, Labonte's offers an array of evening, Saturday and Sunday classes, in addition to special one-week holiday and summer programs.
Learn Comprehensive Defensive Driving Skills
Labonte's knows that having a positive attitude on the road is integral to being a good, safe driver. Our main focus in the classroom is attitude. Possible life-saving choices, such as wearing seatbelts, not drinking and driving and driving defensively are discussed in depth throughout the course.
Behind the Wheel Driving Instruction
In addition to the innovative classes, Labonte's Auto School offers behind the wheel instruction for Massachusetts students provided by a team of experienced instructors. Rhode Island students are referred to driving schools in Rhode Island for the behind the wheel part of their learning. Parents may also receive insurance savings by enrolling their teenagers at Labonte's Auto School.
Award Winning Education
In 2004, Labonte's Auto School received the Outstanding Business Education Partnership of the Year Award for their collaboration with the South Coast Educational Collaborative. Other 2004 recipients of this international award, presented by the Center for Schools of Excellence, included the Bill Gates Educational Foundation and MetLife.
